Refunds & Cancellations

TRANSACTIONS & CANCELLATION 

 

1.Credit Card Details-You hereby agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details given by you for transacting on the Website shall be true, precise and up-to-date. In no situation shall you use a credit card; of which you are not the legal owner. You further agree and accept to give accurate and valid credit card information to us. The card information shall not be used and/or shared by us with any 3rd party except when needed for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. We shall not be held responsible for any credit card fraud. The obligation for fraudulent use of a card shall fall on you and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall lie solely with you.

 

2.Fraudulent /Declined Transactions-In case the Website is used fraudulently, we reserve the right to claim the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from person(s) concerned or User. We reserve the right to enforce legal actions against such person(s) or User for fraudulent use of the Website and any other illegal act or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

 

3.Cancellations by the Customer-In the event that we get a cancellation notice from the customer and the order has not been dispatched by us, we shall cancel the order and return the whole sum. The orders that have already been dispatched by us cannot be cancelled. You should examine our return policy for those orders.

 

4.Cancellation by Us -In certain conditions, it may not be possible for us to accept an order due to which we may be required to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Certain situations that may result in your order being cancelled include restrictions on quantities available for purchase, mistakes in product or pricing details, or issues recognized by our credit and fraud avoidance team. We may alternatively request supplementary verifications or details prior to accepting any order. We’ll get in touch with you if all or any part of your order is cancelled or if further details are required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the concerned amount shall be duly credited back in your Card Account. The User or Customer accepts not to dispute the assessment made by us and assents to our decision concerning the cancellation.

 

5.Payment -While using any of the payment modes extended by us, we shall not be held liable with regard to any harm or loss occurring directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to:

(a)            absence of authorization for any transaction/s, or

(b)           exceeding the predetermined limit jointly agreed by you and your "Bank/s",(c) any payment matters developing out of the transaction,(d) decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments disbursed for the products bought on the Website by you should be compulsorily in Indian Rupees accepted by the Union of India. We do not accept any other kind of currency with respect to the purchases. Before shipping your order to you, we may ask you to furnish supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to determine the ownership of the payment instrument you employed for the transaction. This is done because it is important to us to offer a secure online shopping environment to our users.

           Cancellation Policy

In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. The order status will be made visible in My Orders section once the order has been placed by a customer.

 

6     Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

6.1.Every care shall be taken to deliver the accurate product as per the selection of the buyer on the Website without any defect. However, if the buyer finds that the product delivered is not as per his selection or suffers from any defect, the buyer shall make request on the Website for return or exchange of such product within 3 days of delivery (the day of delivery included for calculating 3 days). 

6.2. We accept requests for size exchange. . However, in rare circumstances, due to limited inventory or non-availability of the size requested, if we are unable to process your request for a change in size, we shall credit the amount of the returned piece in your wallet as store credit which can be utilized for your future purchases. 

6.3. We also accept requests for exchange in the event the product/s has been stained/ damaged or defective due to reasons attributable to prior delivery of the product/s. We shall not be held responsible or liable to exchange any product/s which have been stained and/or damaged during the transit of the product/s. However, kindly note that all pieces/ product/s shall be thoroughly checked prior to its dispatch.

6.4. Your purchase shall be eligible for return in the following circumstances:

(a) An incorrect product/s have been delivered to you such that the product/s received does not match the description of the product/s in the confirmation email.

(b) The product/s have a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

(c) If the product is damaged in transit, kindly retain an image of the damaged packaging for record purposes and send it to us.

6.5. We shall accept request of the buyer to return or exchange of such product  subject to conditions that, such product is returned :  

(a)   along with name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code /tag/sticker etc which matches with product purchased,

(b)along with MRP tag un-detached and clearly visible.

(b)  Unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

(c)   Undamaged and without tears or holes (except the defect brought to Our notice).

(d)  along with Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

(e)   along with combos (if any).

(The field executive or courier person will refuse to accept the return, if any of the above conditions are not met.)

Once the return has been processed, you shall receive a return confirmation email from us.

 

6.6. The shipping cost of the return must be borne by the buyer and the costs of shipping the exchanged product to the buyer shall be borne by us.

 

6.7. In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund of price charged for product will be given after deducting applicable charges for courier or any other applicable statutory and financial charges.

 

6.8. For any products for which a refund of price charged for it is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller. The said refund shall be subject to applicable charges for courier or any other applicable statutory and financial charges.

 

6.9. No refund shall be provided if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our delivery executive, and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
