The Intermediary herein is M/S Nalandda Bhandari and computer resource referred herein is domain name https://nalandda.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”).
1.3.The Website is owned by M/s. Nalandda Bhandari a proprietorship company owned by Nalanda Bhandari with its registered office at 17 CAWASJI PATEL ST, 1st, floor, fort, Mumbai - 400001 Mahrashtra, India
1.4.Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use") as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. Your order for purchase forms your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as detailed this Terms of Use. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer. If You have registered with Us with your valid email address or if You have valid email address at the time of placing order on the Website, We will notify You by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. However, in case we do not wish to accept the order for any reason including unforeseen events, non-availability of stock, inability to deliver at given address, the same may be informed to you on email. Our acceptance of your order will take place after 48 hours have elapsed since you placed the order.

1.10.2 Your mobile phone number and/or e-mail address is treated as Your primary identifier on the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that Your mobile phone number and your email address is up to date on the Website at all times. You agree to notify Us promptly if your mobile phone number or e-mail address changes by updating the same on the Website through a onetime password verification.
1.10.3 You agree that We shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of use or misuse of any information that occurs under your Account in cases, including, where You have failed to update Your revised mobile phone number and/or e-mail address on the Website Platform.

However, what you actually see will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour or other details will be accurate.
1.12. You Agree and Confirm :

4.4. This contract shall be administrated by laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, without reference to conflict of laws principles, if any.

We as a business shall have no responsibility whatever in regard to any harm or loss stemming directly or indirectly from the failure of authorization for any transaction, on account of the Cardholder if he surpasses the predetermined limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank periodically.
